IAC Nuclear Cardiology Accreditation

IAC Nuclear/PET accreditation recognizes facilities that provide quality nuclear cardiology imaging. Nuclear cardiology studies—such as myocardial perfusion imaging—use small amounts of radioactive tracer and specialized cameras to show blood flow to the heart muscle, often as part of a stress test.
